Floor and wall heating are the low-temperature heating systems that provides the comfortable conditions and harmonize well with heat pumps, as well as gas and oil boilers. Low-temperature heating is the most comfortable way of heating rooms. In combination with heat pumps, such systems ensures the lowest operating costs.
It is a centralized electrical installation, used to control the heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting systems and other devices. KNX components are used directly for switching, control, regulation and supervision of electrotechnical devices, and indirectly in other areas of technical infrastructure of buildings and their surroundings. Ventilation is the exchange of air in rooms, by means of removing the contaminated air and providing the fresh air. Heat recuperation takes place on the recuperator device. The purpose of ventilation is to remove the contaminated air from "dirty" rooms (public space, kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe) and providing the fresh, clean air to the "clean" rooms (living room, bedroom, office). Ventilation improves the condition and quality of air. All impurities are filtered by the ventilation device. Optionally, additional filter can be added, to remove harmful particles (PM10, PM2.5), thanks to which the air is free of most allergens, pollen and dust.
The generation of electricity using solar radiation is possible using a photovoltaic installation. It leads to direct conversion of solar energy into electricity, which is then used to supply the current demand.
The heat pump is a device with size and appearance similar to a refrigerator. It is used to heat the house, supply hot water, it can be a source of cold as well. The pump is powered by electricity, but it does not need much, and therefore heating is cheaper than a gas or oil boiler.
In practice, depending on heat pump type (there are following available: ground, air and water pumps - depending on the bottom heat source), it produces from 2 to 5 times more heat.
